VP INVESTMENT - PRIVATE EQUITY, HEDGE FUNDS AND REAL ESTATE

We are looking for a VP Level 5 to 10 years speaking placement / private banking professional with a track record in placement fund raising across Riyadh Family Offices. Private Equity and Real Estate Family and UHNW investors.

JOB PURPOSE

Reporting to the MD in the GCC business they require someone to focus on the placement of investment products covering Riyadh. Our client has multiple Private Equity Funds, Real Estate Investment and Hedge Fund products Globally US, Europe and GCC They are looking for someone who has a Placement track record gained with Family and UHNW investors.

JOB DESCRIPTION
 
1. Cover Family Offices and HNW investor base in Saudi - Riyadh
2. Develop a list of core clients to place their products. Products include Private Equity, Real Estate Investment and Hedge Funds.
3. Bring core relationships and investors interested in these three asset classes across the globe.
4. Identify and build long term relationships with core investors with focus on Institutions, family offices, UHNW’s
5. Identifying key investor needs and requirements and able to discuss in detail the demand
6. Working with Head of Investments and CEO to formalize the process of distribution, both in the GCC and globally.
7. Providing regular feedback from potential investors and working closely with origination and structuring personnel for the purposes of ensuring products are designed to meet investors’ needs and managing the relationship.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Qualifications:
• Mandatory: Undergraduate degree

Experience:
• 5 or more years of experience in placement industry or private equity / Investment Advisory
• Proven track record of having placed products and raised capital in the past 2 years preferred
• Specific experience covering family offices and UHNW’s
• Specific experience in managing operations is an asset
